Senipah & Handil is not recommended for offshore supply bases, due to drafts of only 3 meters resulting in operations always using intermediate barge for AHTS / PSV (double handling) vessels.

Tg. Batu / Eastkal , in addition to being more remote, is more expensive and there is a double handling. Administration of clearance in two outages in the KSOP (backboard & vague). Tg. Batu / Eastkal is not effective - efficient for supporting exploration - Operation - repair - maintenance for swamp & onshore areas around the Mahakam Delta.
To achieve optimization in Offshore - Swamp - Onshore operations the "sharing facility" needs to be done, with the LWS 8 MTR draft, the RKS location is the most appropriate and integrated.
